1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Australia Business Tours Europe ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") concerning your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Australia Business Tours Europe provides:
- Corporate networking tours in European markets
- Innovation hub visits and technology tours
- Executive education programs and business workshops
- Custom business travel and consultation services
- Related consulting and advisory services
3. Booking and Payment Terms
3.1 Booking Process
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by us. A booking is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from us via email.
3.2 Payment Terms
- A deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking
- Full payment is due 30 days before the tour commencement date
- We accept major credit cards and bank transfers
- All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise specified
- Prices include GST where applicable
3.3 Price Changes
Prices may be subject to change due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, or other factors beyond our control. We will notify you of any price changes before confirming your booking.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
4.1 Cancellation by Client
- More than 60 days before departure: Full refund minus 10% administration fee
- 30-60 days before departure: 50% refund
- 14-29 days before departure: 25% refund
- Less than 14 days before departure: No refund
4.2 Cancellation by Company
We reserve the right to cancel tours due to insufficient bookings, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will provide a full refund or offer alternative arrangements.
5. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, and personal liability. Travel insurance is not included in our tour prices.
6. Health and Safety
6.1 Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Ensuring they are medically fit to travel
- Obtaining necessary visas and travel documents
- Following health and safety guidelines provided
- Informing us of any medical conditions or dietary requirements
6.2 Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, terrorism, or government actions.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for our services
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages
- We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party service providers
- Clients participate in tours at their own risk
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without written permission.
9. Privacy and Data Protection

10. Code of Conduct
Clients are expected to:
- Conduct themselves professionally and respectfully
- Follow local laws and customs in visited countries
- Respect the rights and property of others
- Follow instructions from tour guides and local authorities
11. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
11.1 Complaints Process
If you have a complaint about our services, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and respond within 14 business days.
11.2 Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with Australian law. The courts of Western Australia have exclusive jurisdiction.
12. Modifications to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting updated terms on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. Any legal action must be brought in the courts of Western Australia.
